Welcome to Eastport-South Manor's Interscholastic Athletic Program. ESM is governed by the regulations of the New York State Commissioner of Education's basic code for athletic activities. ESM is also a member of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSSA), competing as a school in Section XI (Suffolk County). All registrations for athletics are now online. If your child is interested in trying out for Middle School or High School sports you must REGISTER ONLINE through FinalForms. See Important Links for FinalForms registration instructions.

The Student Athletic Handbook is a valuable tool for both parents/guardians and students participating in the interscholastic athletic program and are asked to read the handbook and sign the last page. This must be done for each season.

Best of luck to all of our athletes and their families this year!
