INFINITE CAMPUS Parent Portal: Student Management System (grades K-12)

The Infinite Campus Parent Portal enables you to stay informed of your student’s progress throughout the year. As a parent, you have daily web access to information that was previously only available through parent/teacher conferences. The Parent Portal is a powerful tool that will keep parents involved helping students can achieve their potential.

If you encounter difficulty or need assistance creating your Parent Portal Account, please complete a Technical Request Form. 

You should have received an invitation email with a unique activation code to create your account. Once you've created your account, you can login at: https://eastportsouthny.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/eastportsouth.jsp

INFINITE CAMPUS Student Portal: Student Management System (grades K-12)

Students can access their Infinite Campus Student Portal account by logging into their district-issued Chromebook, clicking on the Google "Waffle", scrolling to the bottom of the listed Apps and choosing the Infinite Campus icon.  This will automatically log the student into the Student Portal. 

Schoology: Learning Management System (grades 7-12)

Schoology is a Learning Management Systems that teachers and students use to connect and collaborate.  Access to course materials, assignments, projects, discussions, are all available anytime and anywhere you have an Internet connection.  

Student Schoology Username:  is the student's Google account

Google Classroom: Platform for Learning

Teachers and students are using Google Classroom in a host of different ways.  As a platform that integrates the G Suite for Education services (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar, etc.), students can receive and submit assignments through the Classroom.

Students should receive a "JOIN" code from their teacher(s) to give them access to their classes and courses.

Student Username is complete ESM email address:  Firstname.lastname@student.esmonline.org

ParentSquare

The Eastport-South Manor Central School District is using ParentSquare as our communication platform. ParentSquare is a unified app for school communication so parents and guardians can receive all announcements from the District, their children’s schools and even teachers in one place, with options to specify how and when parents/guardians are notified. The District hopes that ParentSquare’s intuitive, two-way platform will foster greater communication and family involvement.

Here’s what you can do with ParentSquare:

• Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification.
• Parents will be able update their preferences on when and how they are notified. Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6pm
• Select your preferred language. You will be able to receive all post messages and communicate in your preferred language.
• Download the ParentSquare app (available for free for iOS and Android devices).
